Oh my, oh my, oh Lantana

So this is what happens when you plant 1 quart sized Lantana and leave it be for the entire growing season! My one plant grew to cover a 5 foot square area in the back corner of the yard. I said we should let it keep growing but then we'd not have access to the bird feeder in the back corner! Of course, by letting the flowers just do what they will allows for lots of wildlife and pollinating insects to visit your house and bring you beautiful butterflies to look at. It's trimmed now which makes me sad but I'm sure it will grow again next season. -S
