How Sad

I just realized/remembered that the picture you see posted, of The Mob, is from Moody Gardens in Galveston. We took our family vacation to both ends of the coastal island off Texas last year. South Padre was well damaged by Hurricane Dolly in July and now Galveston by Ike. It's a really good thing we visited those places last year but it changes any near future plans to revisit them. Hopefully they'll be just as good in a couple of years for us to visit again. Of course, our inability to vacation there pails in comparison to the difficulties the people living there deal with afterwards. We think often the people and hope a resemblance of normal can come back to them sooner vs later. Hopefully we're done with the hurricanes for this year! -S
