A Big First

Adrienne experienced her first sleep over last night. Her friend Taylor was turning 9 and invited a handful of girls over for:
Pizza
Trip to Build A Bear Workshop (in their pjs) for a bear pajama party including "Who Am I" game, songs, and of course a new friend
Cake and ice cream, dancing, girl fun and maybe sleeping

I agreed to go with the group to help with the party business. Kierstin was excited because she does not have a BAB friend and was looking forward to the 'surprise' mom planned for her. Adrienne received a BAB animal from Grandpa Monty years ago. Since Adrienne was the attendee and didn't really 'want' a new bear but Kierstin was without, they picked a bear to share (Bluebeary). I promise you I had nothing to do with that decision! Miss Lisa even let all the girls get pj's for their new friends! TOO CUTE :))

Adrienne stayed up late of course but that's not unusual at our house! Point is she actually fell asleep away from home and made it through the night. We're on the way to tweenhood - YIKES
